We understand the special importance of protecting your personal data, therefore we collect and process only your data that is necessary for the performance of our activities. We process personal data lawfully, transparently and fairly, for predetermined purposes and only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes. When processing your personal data, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, as well as the requirements for processing personal data set out in other legal acts.

1.1. After reading this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy), you will learn how and for what purposes we process your personal data, where we obtain it from, to whom we provide and store it, and what your rights as a personal data subject are.
1.2. The term “personal data” used in this Privacy Policy means any information from which you can be identified – directly or indirectly – to determine your identity. Personal data includes your last name, first name, date of birth, postal or e-mail address, location data and internet identifier, characteristics specific to you, etc.
1.3. The Privacy Policy applies to all persons whose data we process.
2. Who are we?
2.1. We are the kitesurfing school MB "Gspot". Based on the provisions of legal acts, we are the controller of your personal data.

3. What principles do we adhere to?
3.1. When processing your personal data, we:

e) we will keep them in a form that permits identification of you for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed;
f) we will not provide personal data to third parties or make them public, except as specified in the Privacy Policy or in cases prescribed by law;
g) we will ensure that your personal data is processed in such a way that, by applying appropriate technical or organizational measures, appropriate security of personal data is ensured, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing of data and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
